The urea pump filter element of the SCR system needs to be replaced every three years or 100,000 kilometers of use. If the application environment is harsh and the urea water solution is severely contaminated, it needs to be replaced according to the actual situation. Before replacement, the outer surface of the urea pump needs to be cleaned. During installation, it is necessary to strictly prevent the filter element area from being contaminated by the outside. When tightening the filter cover, a torque of 20+5Nm should be used. The replacement steps of the urea pump filter element (taking the Bosch DeNOx 2.2 system urea pump as an example) :

Remove the balancer;

Pull out the filter element. If necessary, you can use the slot of a tool to borrow other tools to help pull it out.
Clean the outer surface of the filter element cover with water; f. After lubricating the О type seals at both ends of the filter element, install the filter element (Mobilvelocit No.6 is recommended; using other lubricating oils may pose a risk of failure);
Tighten the filter cover.
